Career Development for BIGSSS Fellows

The Career Development Team offers two library workshops on Database Search, Library Tour, Open Access, and Publication Policies to BIGSSS fellows!:

(1) Search efficiently in the right database

The workshop takes place on Oct 18, 2018, 10:00-12:00h, at SuUB, Universität Bremen Boulevard.

The library's staff informs about:

• how to run an efficient literature review
• the best database for the social sciences
• Sociological Abstracts, PsycINFO, Scopus, Web of Science

(2) Library tour for Freshmen, Open Access and Publication Policies

The workshop takes place on Oct 19, 2018, 10:00-12:00h, at SuUB, Universität Bremen Boulevard.

The library's staff informs about:

•  Facilities and resources of University Bremen Library
• Publication Policies at University of Bremen
• Open Access: how it works and benefits
